Orders outside the UK

We are currently trialing posting orders outside the UK. If your country is available, please be aware that you will be responsible for any charges made on the order in your country, i.e. if your country charges VAT, customs charges, duties, import taxes, handling fees, etc.

The postage charge on our website only covers the postage to your country - not the charges imposed by your country to receive the item. I recommend you search online for what these charges could be. As a starting point, this is likely to be around 20% of the cost of the goods, plus a handling fee.

We are looking into options where the duty will be charged to us before leaving the UK - but this charge would then be added to your online order. To make this clear, the 'postage charge' right now might appear cheaper, but there might be charges for you to pay in your country. In the future, the 'postage charge' might be higher, but all costs would already have been paid.
